Returns & Refunds Policy

 

We stand behind everything we do with our Colombian Coffee so it’s important to us that you’re satisfied. We handle each return on a case by case system to ensure our customer get the best Colombian Coffee our Customer Satisfaction it’s our priority.

From the day you receive your Barista coffee you have 5 days to let us know if you don’t like our Coffee Send it back to us, and we’ll send you different beans or refund your purchase (minus the cost of shipping).

Unfortunately, we don’t accept returns on our Coffee . If there’s an issue with damage in transit, or you received the wrong order, please email us a picture and the expiry date to sales@baristacoffee.coffee of the Merchandise. Please reach out to us for any returns or exchanges within 2 weeks of receiving your barista coffee merchandise. We can only accept unopened and unused merchandise with all its packaging contents.

Please reach out directly to the manufacturer within 30 days with any issues related to Barista coffee.
Wrong Shipping Address Unfortunately Barista Coffee can not take responsibility for any issues with the address once the order has shipped. Please e-mail us (sales@baristacoffee.coffee ) if you need the make changes within 24-hours of the order being placed.

If the order shows delivered or is delayed in transit, you will have to speak directly with the shipping company to see if anything can be done.
If the order is returned to Our Company we will refund the order minus shipping costs. Subscription Updates Any requests for cancellations, changes to your order, or change of address must be made within 24 hours of the subscription being processed.
